  • Earnest Money: A non-refundable application fee is required in order to process an application. An earnest money holding fee must also be paid to hold an apartment off the market.

Pet Policy

Pets - Max 2 allowed One time Fee $350.00, Rent $25.00,
  • Comments: Emerald Creek allows up to two (2) pets per household with a maximum combined weight of 100 lbs. or less. This includes cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets, birds and other small caged animals. Additional pet fees apply to households with pets. Veterinary records verifying weight and breed of dogs must be provided to the leasing office prior to occupancy. Dogs must complete a pet interview with management for approval prior to occupancy. Breed restrictions as outlined in the lease agreement apply.
